I've been camping here for 20+ years. I've tried other places but always go back to the Covered Bridge.

Beautiful campground, lots of large sites. Very well maintained. Close to North Conway and Lincoln, but also many hiking trails and scenic views along the Kanc. Sabbaday Falls is a must see. Hope to camp here again in the fall and next season as well.

Camping is nice, wooden, with excellent sites, lots of privacy. I love to come down at Covered Bridge. A true gem!
But years afters years, there is something that bothers all campers, and that it the generators. They are loud, noisy, they smell, and they completely destroy the quiet nature of this campground. People come down with huge RVs in a site deep in the forest with no service... so they burn gas, everyday, for several hours. Really disturbing.
Could a policy be made and communicated to those campers? They could be given a pamphlet, saying what are the allowed generators hours? Could those hours be a little less expansive? (Most generators run up to 8 pm, which means you always while your neighbour is burning gas and making lots of noise...) Without banning generators, this campground could do much better: strict generators hours, which should be advertised on the sites, and the park ranger or campground host should be more proactive in regulating those hours.
Covered Bridge is such a wonderful place in the White Mountains! Please make sure it remains a beautiful campground, deeply rooted in nature, the woods, and not a place to live a loud and oil-generated life.

Always a great time. Quite, clean and fresh air. The near by river makes it easier to sleep. Host is extremely friendly
