We love Goose Point. We were there just for relaxation and the view. Had wonderful weather and enjoyed walking.

WE loved everything about it! Except, the drive in! lol The walking areas, the views and we had pretty nice weather for our trip. Looking forward to next season!!!

This is a very nice spot to camp over the weekend. Pretty quite nice access to the lake. Staff is very nice especially the lades at the front gate . Would defiantly camp here again

What a Gem! Small campground with water & electric and gorgeous views of Philpot Lake. Nice swimming beach. Great for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming and campfires. Very responsive staff when a big tree fell on and trapped our parked kayak. Go dig fairy stones! It's fun.

louder than last year with cars coming and going all hours of the night. no one controlling the dogs being on the beach

Goose Point is a beautiful campground off the beaten path, about 6 miles off. The roads are winding and not for the faint of heart. The final curve down to the lake sites is a sharp banked hairpin. Take the corner as far over as you can go or you might scrape the rear. We towed our 40 5th wheel in and out with no issues. Site two is a nice pull through but for the life of me I do not understand the placement of the wood posts. They are on both sides of the road portion of the site. In reality it would be a better site if the posts on the left side as you are pulling through were on the road to the other sites instead of on the site pad.
