For a more lakeside experience, the nearby Utah Lake State Park offers scenic campsites with easy access to boating, fishing, and picnicking. Further to the south, the Provo River offers great opportunities for riverside camping, ideal for anglers and nature lovers alike. Orem is centrally located to explore both mountain and lakefront camping options in the heart of Utah.

Jordanelle Campground is part of Jordanelle State Park in Utah (32 min east of Millcreek, UT) with an elevation of 6,177 feet. There are a total of 165 campsites including 5 cabins and 17 boating sites. The campground is open all year. 86 sites can accommodate RVs between 18 and 80 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 86 sites have electric and water hookups. 3 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $30.00 to $300.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, general store, laundry facility, playground, boat ramp, swimming, restroom, amphitheater, ramada, gift shop, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, water skiing, floating sports.
