Although this is an ideal location for exploring Crater Lake, they let way too many people camp here so it's kind of run down and poorly maintained. Bathrooms are dirty and lack toilet paper. Garbage bins were overflowing. There are not enough camp hosts to enforce rules so people set up tent villages in the margins between sites and let dogs run off leash to poop in my campsite.

This is a beautiful park and the host we spoke with was wonderful. Im giving it a low number of stars because the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They were not cleaned the entire 7 days we were there and there was no TP. Definitely make sure you take your own. The sites were big and clean and its pretty peaceful. Just the bathrooms are NASTY!

This site was beautiful and super easy to find. We were pretty secluded from others who were also camping which was a plus. I did enjoy being near the water and having that view--we took some pretty amazing photos at sunset. The toilets were relatively close and clean, which was surprising. Plus, the campsite was SUPER close to Crater Lake National Park, which was the sole reason we booked here. Overall, the experience was10/10 and I would definitely come back for a longer stay and partake in lake activities.

Loved being right on the lake and the huge campsite. Showers were an added perk too!
