It was a good experience. Lots of room and bathrooms. Was not bothered by anyone.

We were told in advance that there would be no drinking water. We were surprised to find out that the restrooms were closed and replaced with Honey Buckets. I understand with the drought that there was no water for drinking and cleaning. However, we paid a very high price for this spot. We should get a prorated refund for an unimproved site. We’re at least should have been notified in advance of the restroom closure. We might have made other plans.

there is good and bad about this place. We were in the Group Site C. The area is beautiful, and there was water close by, and flush toilets. Good parking and 5 nice tent spots. Also, good cell phone coverage. The downside was that we sometimes felt like people were almost camping on top of us. The volleyball area was wonderful except that the neighboring group's kids loved it and were always there - right next to us. And very near even though out of site were several single campsites, behind us. So the grandkids couldn't run around very far behind our site without running into others camp spots. One lady got mad that the kids were running by her tent a lot. Then, all during the day, but particularly at later evening and early morning there was a lot of noise coming from the road going through the canyon. It is situated very close to the road. So, if you want to be away from others, and noise, choose somewhere else.
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
