The camp hosts were amazing to us. They went above and beyond what I think is their duties.
People walking by had a big dog that projectile vomited by our trailer a big pile then walked away without offering to clean it up or even an apology 😡

We really enjoyed our experience at Spring Hollow. The campsite layout was a bit strange - there was a lot of parking down below and then a cement pad up a hill with 6 or 7 large picnic tables (I think it was originally designed to be a day use area). We managed to fit our two camp trailers on the corner/side of the pad and get our vehicles onto the pad but it was a bit awkward. The campground was absolutely beautiful. It was right next to stream (and not too buggy) and the trees gave us shade most of the day. Though it was hot during the day, it cooled down pretty fast at night. The flush toilets/sinks in the group site bathroom were also very much appreciated.
There is a trailhead for a very popular trail right next to the cement pad, so there were people walking through all day. Our main complaint was that if the gate to the group sites was left open, cars would try to drive through our campsite and would come up the little hill at 25mph and then have to hit the brakes and back down the hill or use our campsite to turn around - that was a bit scary since we had a few little kids in our group. Otherwise we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our stay.
