The camp host managers were awesome the grounds were clean . The site B19 had no power so we had to move from one site to another. The host helped to make it right with us for our efforts. They were very accommodating. We stay here every year . The price increases have us wondering if we will continue coming up or look elsewhere next year.. the day use area was in very poor shape fire pits full concrete area covered with dirt and bathrooms almost unbearable. We had family come up for the day and I cleaned out the fire pits and concrete area were we visited.

Site 19B was supposed to be full hookups at a cost of $48 + fees per night. 1) The electric didn't work. 2) the water hookup is over 50' away from the electric and hose didn't stretch that far - so no water. We deserve a refund for two nights purchase on June 4-6 since all we had was a site with a sewer.

My site was double booked when I arrived and since I wasnt the first to arrive, I was forced into another site which was unacceptable for my needs. Requested a refund twice and was denied each time. Also, the loop B road is in serious need of maintenance/resurfacing. Dont waste your time and money. Go somewhere else!

Campground host very abrasive on what I call greeting visitors. On site I was asked what I was doing as I was pulling info out site the host said you cant checkin until 3pm because he had to clean sites and bathrooms. The problem was it was 3:20pm. He said oh and left never saw him again until two days later for car tag. Next site had no host mostly maintenance workers. Good thing I was on inside loop they had no water on outside loop. Guest were running hoses across the street to fill up with water. Most all water sprouts leaked wasting water Very unfriendly hosts when found I thought this was everyones rec land it was like we were intruding. Restrooms had heaters running for our entire stay even during watermelon days. We love to camp strawberry rec. but there is a righ way and a wrong way to treat customers. Every year since the new org took over the camping experience is strained. We love to camp there for atmosphere but host are not friendly nor helpful
