Beautiful setting.Great wildlife and fishing. Dry firewood, the first I have seen at any SE cabin..

There was very little firewood. The boat has numerous leaks which we fixed with JB weld. The boat plug was leaking. Luckily we had a report of this prior to going in. we had to bring presto logs for a fire. One of the windows was also broken.

Overall the cabin was fine other than it has almost zero firewood for last week when we stayed there. I feel sorry for the next people who are renting it. They will have only a couple days of firewood at best. A window was broken when we got there . The boat needs a new plug.

Arriving by float plane with Carlin Air was amazing. The cabin was just as described. We found it roomy enough for the 4 of us. We just wished the table wasn't attached to the wall. Caught lots of fish at the inlet and outlet. Hiked to the shelter and Yes Bay. The lodge wouldn't allow us on property due to covid just FYI. Caught pink, cuttthroat and dolly varden. Saw bear at inlet. The men hiked up the inlet and found some interesting buildings we believed it to be a hatchery. They said it was tough. The hike to yes bay was pretty hard up and down alot. Plenty of blueberries and huckleberries around the cabin. Saw eagles and a family of otters. The skiff might have a small leak and there is a canoe too. Some wood still there but you need to split it. The maul/splitter was not in good shape at all. It was an amazing trip, loved every minute of it.
