Good: Well-kept grounds. Nice lake-side trail system within walking distance. Covered area was a good spot to keep my equipment outside of my own vehicle and tent. Bad: Bathrooms are in rough-shape, and light switches don't seem easily accessible so you might end up peeing in the dark, only to realize that there is an active wasp nest in the corner of the stall. Overall: If you're tent camping and have to rely on public restrooms as opposed to your own trailer/RV restroom, I would keep your trip short. A good campground to pass through for the trails and lake views, but not the best for longer stays. While the grounds are well-kept besides the restrooms, you may not feel very immersed in nature in the camping area, as it feels more like a public park people would visit for day-use. No trees unless you are on the side of the of street closer to the lake.
