Village Creek State Park TX Camping: Tent Pads, RV Hookups & Creekside Trails

Village Creek State Park in the Piney Woods of eastern Texas offers 25 water and electric campsites for RVs and tents amidst towering pines and hardwoods. Tent campers will enjoy primitive walk-in sites with fire rings, picnic tables, lantern posts, and easy creek access for swimming and tubing. RV visitors can take advantage of full hookups, a dump station, restrooms with hot showers, and convenient water and electric services. Outdoor enthusiasts love eight miles of hiking and mountain biking trails that wind along Village Creek’s sandy banks. Anglers and paddlers relish canoeing, kayaking, and fishing for bass, catfish, and bluegill in the free-flowing creek. Bird watchers and nature lovers can explore cypress domes and bayhead swamps for superb wildlife viewing and educational programs at the nature center.
