Village Creek State Park TX Camping: Tent Pads, RV Hookups & Creekside Trails

Village Creek State Park in the Piney Woods of eastern Texas offers 25 water and electric campsites for RVs and tents amidst towering pines and hardwoods. Tent campers will enjoy primitive walk-in sites with fire rings, picnic tables, lantern posts, and easy creek access for swimming and tubing. RV visitors can take advantage of full hookups, a dump station, restrooms with hot showers, and convenient water and electric services. Outdoor enthusiasts love eight miles of hiking and mountain biking trails that wind along Village Creek’s sandy banks. Anglers and paddlers relish canoeing, kayaking, and fishing for bass, catfish, and bluegill in the free-flowing creek. Bird watchers and nature lovers can explore cypress domes and bayhead swamps for superb wildlife viewing and educational programs at the nature center.

Village Creek Campground is part of Village Creek State Park in Texas (just 20 min north of Beaumont, TX) with an elevation of 57 feet. There are a total of 39 campsites including 15 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 24 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 47 and 65 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 5 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill. 24 sites have electric and water hookups. Fees range from $10.00 to $16.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, accessible, restroom, flush toilets. Activities include biking, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.
