The staff was great, but that was about the only positive. The grounds need some serious attention. The grass is overgrown and the ants are overwhelming! The family in the site next to us had their dog off leash, which was making our dogs very anxious and upset. So not being able to contact anyone via phone about that was disappointing. We will probably not return to this campground.

Sites are near the water which is awesome. Im a tent guy. So, I thought the price was pretty high at 28.00 a night. Im use to $10 or $15. I dont mind paying a little more for a great location and great facilities. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were absolutely horrible. This could be an unbelievable campground if they put a little money in it. At $28.00 a night for a tent, it looks like a money grab, because it doesnt look like any money is going back into the facilities. That said, Ill be back, the lake is great and I like camping near the water. One more thing, bring your own fire wood. The camp ground doesnt sell wood and the gas stations sell a bundle for $18.00....
