Site 23 was perfect, beautiful view of the lake, nice covered picnic table. Park was quite with lots of deer in the mornings and evenings. Great little escape! The park host very sweet as well.

Restrooms need repair and too far from camping area. Camp hosts were invisible

We had a great time. I do recommend bringing fishing poles, activities, or just sitting outside.

We love Speegleville - go often and the deer are nice to watch - park hosts are there if you need anything just ask for assistance

3rd stay here. Park is very nice. Restrooms and showers are horrible. Used restrooms in emergency only and would not use showers.

This is a nice place to camp. The spots are pretty level, and very close to the water. When we went it needed to be mowed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Signs leading to park need clarification!Update: We received a pleasant call from the park apologizing for this incident .Since we were unable to stay there, I want to say that overall the location was fantastic & when back in the area, I will reserve there again.

Large sites. Nice views. Quiet. But bathroom was unkept and dirty. Sign indicates they are only cleaned 3x a week. Unexceptable.

This is a great site, close to the water and beautiful view. The previous campers had left rib bones, confetti egg shells and confetti around the site but that was not any fault of the park. The park hosts are friendly and drove by several times during our trip. We really enjoy coming to this park.

Great little park. We had a beautiful campsite (#23), and fine weather. The only downsides were the terrible road coming into the park, and the fact that the lake is so very low. Still we enjoyed our stay very much. I'll award 4 stars out of 5, and you get the 5th when you fix that darn road!

Very spacious sites with beautiful scenery. Well make it a point to go back. The only drawback is that there are no full hookups. This is not enough to keep us from going back! (After the road gets fixed)

Great camping, only improvement would be full hookups. The temporary entrance road is pretty bad, new construction wont finish soon enough.

Great camping! Right now the road repair is a bit difficult but its always a cost for improvements. Tons of wildlife! I highly recommend, the only negative was the entrance.

Though on the smaller side of Corp campgrounds we have visited, this is the campground the rest are chasing. It was MUCH better kept than most other parks we've been to. We will be back

The trees were amazing when it came to shade. At the campground, we had some visitors, deer, and armadillos. The kids loved watching the wildlife.
