Very well manicured park. Sites are large. Deer are everywhere. The greeters were excellent. The gate is open and unmanned. So just go to your site and they will come by shortly.I was in lot one and it was fantastic.

The park is always nice and the lake was perfect. Our campsite was perfectly maintained. But there was no waste disposal. The dump station was down and we camped for 4 days. Our tanks were full and we couldnt use our camper. We had to take it home to dump. Very disappointed.

Great people and relaxing park! I stayed in campsites 1, 17, and 18. Make sure to stay in 1-4 to experience the water. I liked 18 too for the deer that walk through. I love Speegleville Park and could stay there for a month if they would let me!

the staff was very courteous and friendly. my only real complaint is that the grounds could use a regularly schedule up keep. the grass was tall and in desperate need of a cut, this created a higher than normal amount of pesky insects to deal with

The site was good I would have given higher marks if it had sewer covers over picnic table and if the road that goes by #1 was not two way traffic it was a constant flow of cars and trucks zooming by this spot and do not camp here if you have small children that might want to ride a bike or scooter it is dangerous

Speegleville was a beautiful park, small park on a big lake. Deer outnumbered the campers. Unfortunately we were there when Texas was having unusually cold weather. Sleet, hail, rain and snow. Too cold to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, yet the whole town of Waco and surrounding areas were closed. The park and each camp site was very nice with little picnic shelters at each campsite. Bathrooms not very close, but were kind of yucky, cold, all cement. I wouldnt use them.

Very good overall, except restrooms/showers need a little work, and sewer hookups would be nice.

Great campsite nice and clean! Sunday when we left was horrible! Dump station was jacked up and nasty ! Instead of home and done at noon it was 300 pm

Well maintained ground and sites. Most sites have a view and access to lake. We spent two nights here and enjoyed it very much. Really easy to use the online reservation system and payment system.

Speegleville Park is a small gem glistening on Lake Waco. It is well maintained. Each campsite is spacious. We visited in early spring while wildflower were abundant in the small meadow and ducks swam in the lake in front of the door of our fifth-wheel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Speegleville. Large pull-through site, with a nice view of the lake. Very quiet and relaxing, with lots of deer roaming the park. Convenient home base for visiting The Silos and other Waco attractions. Power and water, with easy access dump station.
