Campsite was totally over grown with weeds and the cinder pad was full of thistle and tree limbs. We asked the gate attendant on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to send someone to clean it up. They finally sent someone on Sunday afternoon,?which was the day before we were leaving. They used the weedeater on the cinder pad while we were away and covered our chairs and equipment with dirt. They did not mow or clean up branches. Also, the nearby ladies restroom did not have water and was also overgrown with weeds.

The camping sites were excellent. I have never had such large and private sites like this with plenty of trees for shade and set up so you had your own private area. There were tons of dead trees, branches and logs that we were able to gather to burn in the fire pits. Almost all the sites had excellent views of the lake and a perfect place for multiple families to have their own private areas to camp as a group with 3-4 campsites in one area separated from other areas.

The lake was pretty much unaccessable. The water was way down and you had to be very agile to get over the many boulders down to the water. It didn't stop the fishermen, but I was not about to traverse and injure myself. The only accessible area was around the boat dock. There was a small trail for hiking and lots of paved roads to ride our bikes.

The showers were horrible. Luke warm with very low water pressure. It was also filthy with bugs and the shower curtains had pollen and dirt all over them. It was nasty.

Wry nice park. No onsite park ranger so just drive into your reserved spot.

Very nice. Rained the whole time so didn't use much of the property. Never did see the dump station, but I didn't need it so I didn't actively look for it. Staff was super nice!

Was quiet and peaceful but not many folks. Could be tight for big rigs in some spots.
