None of the showers were working. Never received a yellow tag park pass for the vehicles on the last two different visits to the campground.

Fantastic and secluded feeling, with great water views. Eagles flew past and called all day, and it's easy to sit by the water in the shade and enjoy the time. Only stayed a single night but in less than 24 hours saw 68 species of birds in the campground and boat ramp area in mid May- this is a fantastic place to be if you're keen on birding. I ended up hunting for the Bachman's Sparrow around the Boykin Springs area which is day use and near by, by on your way out at the entrance of the campground do not miss the areas of restored open pine forest which have bobwhites, meadowlark, and bunting.Site was great for my small trailer, a covered picnic table was nice to watch the jays play on. Water clean with a faint chlorine smell which disappeates fine. No issues with power. Bathrooms a very short walk and no mess, just dusty. Would definitely stay again for a longer term.

Exceptional trip except for bath house that needs renovations. Shady campsite, beautiful view of lake. Great trip!

This is a small (about 40 sites) COE campground and park. We stayed at site #28 which is a large, spacious site, with water & electric and had a beautiful view of the lake which is across the street. Most of the other sites are very close together. All of the spots, on this loop and another loop, that are "on the water", are primitive sites (no utilities) . All of the sites across the street from the lake, have water and electrical. There are about 8 -10 sites with full hook-ups on a different loop, where the dump station is located. There is a very large boat ramp/launch in the park that is used by the public so there is a lot of "boat" traffic on the main road inside the park. The park was clean, quiet and very peaceful. There are a couple of walking/biking trails but not much else to do for kids. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. Park was nice & clean. Personally I think the showers were could have had a bit warmer temperature. Otherwise, its our favorite park to stay.

Liked the campsite but the bathhouse was outdated, needed cleaning and repair. Probably would not stay again. Seems to be a campground for fishermen. Make sure to bring your bug repellent.
