We had a great time was quiet the only thing we would change is to have the grass cut just a bit shorter All in all we highly recommend and already have out next stay booked.

We considered it boondocks. No sewer and 30 amp site, but you couldnt find a better view or nicer space. We loved it.

Not having access to restrooms this time of year is a problem. Water didnt work at dump station.

The campground was very nice, the only problem I had was the wind coming off the lake was horrible. I could not find a way to screen myself from it so had to spend the entire time inside my trailer.The camp host was very nice, but not much he could do about the wind.

The RV pads are a little sloopy, so you may need to bring some extra blocking to level your camper out. Other than that it was a great park. And the Host are something else , very nice people. They will do what ever they can to help you and make your stay enjoyable. And they take very good care of the park.

Twin Dikes is great campground on the southern shore of Lake Sam Rayburn. Most campsites overlook the lake for beautiful settings. Only thing inhibiting me from a top rating was the showers. Water was cold to lukewarm and shower spray was very light. Tried another shower next night and it just "dumped" the water out as the spray end was missing.

Great location to tournament fishing launch, clean campgrounds, and the property personal was great. Everything worked good, will be coming back in a couple months.

Hicking trail could have been better marked. It is confusing close to the end ( or we thought it may have been the end close to the boat ramp). we had to follow blue ribbons through high grass to get back to the park road. Even with that we had a pleasant walk. But we had a very pleasant stay at the park. It was clean and had been mowed. We will visit the park again soon.

Love Twin Dikes been there numerous times. The eagles were really active and the volunteer host were professional.

Well maintained and roomy park. Even though the office remains closed due to covid, online reservation, self pay for day use kiosk, and camp host bringing pass to us made visit convenient.

We usually stay at Mill Creek but it was closed. Twin Dikes was a nice the camp sites. Their was not a lot of sites like mill creek. We had one right next to the showers (21) It had washed out next to the asphalt so there was about a 8 inch drop. You had to be careful not to fall going in and out of the camper Trailer. The extra large Table was nice. The camping stove table was burnt in a lot of places and some wood rot on it but it was useable. We would stay at Twin Dikes again.

the park and hosts were great ; the weather was terrible remember the ice age in texas ; but i will say we never lost power or water during the whole ordeal . many places without power and water thanks to our hosts they keep everything going
