The only issue we had was very minor. Our area needed mowing. The grass and weeds were pretty high.

Sites a bit close together and the driveways a bit in disrepair , the sewer stack a bit high had to build the sewer hose bridge. Nice view of the lake. Chatted with neighbor campers who frequent the park. Big place made for nice long bike rides. Great spot if you have a boat.

The Campground and Park are very clean and well maintained. The camping sites are level. The electrical, water, and sewer were all in good working order. This is a great place to visit and camp.

Site needs work on the parking pad. Unlevel and pot hole, difficult leveling RV.

Really had a great time, trailer space i had was clean great view, and no issues at all with anything i wish i could make that spot mine all the time Loop A space 4. the only thing i would change would be add a 50 amp breaker with the 30 amp. but it was great.

Excellent view of the lake and sites had nice tables with canopies. No one in checkin booth when we arrived. No paper in men’s bathroom when I checked. Some sites are too steep to adequately level longer RV units. Good roads to and in the park.

Very nice, well maintained park. Park hosts were very friendly and helpful. Staying here another two weeks in January and probably many more.

We had a good one night trip. Can’t beat the sunrise and sunset. Site was level and good. Neighbors are a bit close. Beautiful park!

Such a great intimate place w a couple that takes extreme care of this beautiful park. This was such a great Easter weekend for our family and our littles w so much play and excitement. Easter eggs everywhere w loads of bike riding and speaking to neighbors and friends. This has become our favorite park!!!!! 5⭐️ No grippy old caretakers here. Just a exciting park w folks doing it the right way!!!! Rangers need to take notice of what works!!!!

We were in the loop with full hookups looking out to Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Nice but sites could have been a little more spaced out. Great place if you love fishing. Big boat launch area. Little far to supplies in Jasper but some little places near campground. Cell service decent.

We stayed at Twin Dikes in late January 2021 and had a very nice stay. Unexpectedly, there was a professional fishing tournament going on at the lake during a few days of our stay, and many of the competitors were camping at the Twin Dikes campground. We enjoyed visiting with a few of the professional anglers and learning how these competitions work. We found that to be very interesting. We stayed in a campsite A-04 with full hookups and found that the hookups all worked perfectly during our stay, but the asphalt pad was terribly un-level. In walking around the campground it looked like there was a pretty even mixture of level camping pads and un-level ones, so you are kind of rolling the dice. The campsites along the lake shore did seem in general to be more un-level than level. The 'A Loop' did have a dump station and a shower house with running water and flush toilets. The facilities appeared to be clean, well maintained and well stocked with supplies during our stay. Cell phone coverage was strong in the A-Loop with Verizon posting a 14.9 Mbps download on OOKLA SpeedTest and AT&T posted a 29.1 Mbps download speed. The biggest disappointment we had at Twin Dikes was the amount of litter along the shoreline and left behind by previous campers. Clearly the blame for this lies on those who failed to put their garbage in a proper collection container, but I am not sure if the responsibility for clean up would be on the US Army Corps of Engineers, or the on-site camp hosts ... probably a little of each. In one afternoon, we picked up a few garbage bags worth of trash, but that didn't even make a dent in the total amount of litter lying about.
