Park was small but the sites were almost new level and made with concrete pads covers over table also new and were well made. Bathroom dated but functional. Sites very clean and well cared for park host was friendly The main issue we had to keep it from getting a higher score was we we inundated with biting flys my legs looked like I had small pox after two days. Its about 25 minutes to get to any store and around an hour to town large enough to have Walmart. We loaded up on anti fly stuff an did battle. We would be more prepared withfly stuff and other supplies next time.

VERY disappointed no biking or hiking trails. Sites were clean, level with NICE cement pad & well maintained. Most sites are on water & it can be VERY windy. Restrooms were clean.

Full-hookup sites were very nice. They were level and well kept up. The view was very nice, especially for sunrises and sunsets. The area was fairly dark, so we were able to do some stargazing away from the RV's.

Very nice, small remote COE campground. Sites were nicely spaced out. Most sites looked level; our site (36) needed some work. There were places where the asphalt had buckled and it was nearly like driving over curbs, really had to watch to avoid damaging the jacks. It's quite a drive for groceries, but its very peaceful and we'd certainly go back again.

We checked in on Monday Oct 3ed and out on the 7th. where was no attendant and no Park Rangers. there was no toilet paper, soap or towels in the bathroom. By the 7th still no paper and the toilet had over flowed still no park rangers or attendant. The park has gone down hill with no on there is seem like it is a free for all the camping spots were not marked of anyone.

The park is beautiful. Fishing wasn't good, it was cold and windy but we still relaxed. Will definitely go back as soon as possible.

There are no official COE signage to tell you where the park is located. And don’t follow GPS, use the coordinates. Be prepared for horrendous site parking due to tree roots which tore up the pavement. The volunteer and gate attendant are very friendly and helpful. Staff keeps the park very clean. Covered picnic table was nice.
