Very cleanright on the lake. Very few people mid week.

Lake was a little high encroaching on the swim beach but campground is awesome

No happy that restroom and showers are torn down. Does not look like they are putting back if not looks like we find another place to go. Hard when you are tent sleeping.

It was very nice. Love the spot we stayed in. My Favorite place. Glad to see work being done there to improve the bathroom/showers.

I lucked out and got the best spot in the entire park. And the bathroom latrine was very clean, the host who cleans it is very hard-working and does a great job. I will come back again! Also, the internet was fast as Lightning. On my Verizon phone.

Site #12 is perfect. I wish Site #13 was open so my friend could have stayed in the same area as me. The internet connection is super-fast there. There were a bunch of drunk people in the site I was supposed to check into but I lucked out that 12 was available; it's the best site in the park.Latrines were nice and clean, the park host/ranger in charge of them does an excellent job. Will stay there again! (Lots of ants though, bring Wondercide.)

We arrived on a Monday to stay for a week. I noticed all the trash containers were full from the weekend. In fact they were overflowing. The wind was so strong the first two days. Trash was blown everywhere. I constantly had to pick it up off of my site. I kept wondering when are they going to empty the trash. I had nowhere to put mine. It wasnt until Friday. That they came and emptied the trash. I think they need the trash emptied twice a week. This park is beautiful and Ive been coming here for years. But this time was very disappointing. The park is just seasonal and not year-round. so paying for an extra trash pick up for the short time its open Would be worth it.

second time I have camped here and the boat ramp was not usable again it was covered with mud.
we had to go down the road to grand pappys and pay $5.00 a day to launch the boat.
and no showers to boot. seems like they could have remodeled the showers during the off season.

We love going here. Not crowded with people. Security is good and I felt safe when I was there alone. Everyone is friendly and the family that works there are so nice and will help anyway they can. The bathrooms/showers are well stocked and very clean. The grounds are kept clean and grass cut. Perfect for families small or large. Highly recommended.
