Whoever is the host needs to be fired. Bathrooms and showers never cleaned, mud trash beer bottles cigarette butts in the shower out of toilet paper on Saturday. The winter toilets had diarrhea everywhere in the mens bathroom. This is really sad the young couple that stayed there last summer dnd before were so good every morning first thing they would clean bathrooms and pick up park. I love Juniper point saw two different homeless people come use the showers its to bad this park is going unsupervised and if it is being supervised fire them

D4: back in, down a small hill, water/electric. Beautiful view behind site. Camp host apparently right across from the site, just playing host apparently, showers cleaned once while on our 14 day stay, seen park ranger on the 1st day there, thats it. Fire pit had trash in it, never seen anyone checking sites when people left. Rough crowd came in after dark for showers, thats all I will say about that. Theres dogs off leash and poop just left. The place is beautiful and could be much better with proper hosts & ranger patrol. The sites in D loop are all nicely paved with newer utilities.

We had spots D4 and D5 on Juniper West. Though they are both are 50 ft pads, D4 curves up at the beginning of the pad and I would not suggest it for longer bumper pulls. We liked to never got my Dad's 37 ft bumper pull off his hitch due to the in-cline. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this side of the park. The pads are very nice and seems they keep it very cleaned up. I would say spots 1-3 and 7 give you the best views of the lake though spot 1 is close to a very busy boat ramp. The trees need to be trimmed up behind the other spots for a better view of the lake. The entrance is a little tough to get into right now due to road construction. It is on a busy highway. The camp host seemed to be working constantly. I know she cleaned and checked the bathrooms/showers multiply times a day. The dump station is in a very convenient location and easy to use. I have seen other reviews about the amount of traffic that goes in and out of this side and that is true but I really think it is just locals that go further down into the park for fishing and hiking. This side is not gated. All and all, Juniper Point West will be on our list of options for future trips.
Area is absolutely beautiful! My family enjoyed the entire weekend at the location. The area was super clean and well maintained, way better than I thought an RV park would look. We’ll be back !!

Juniper Point West is a small serene campsite with spacious concrete pads, gorgeous towering oak trees, easy hiking trails, and beautiful views of Lake Texoma. We enjoyed lunch and antiquing in Whitesboro. There is a Dollar General close by our campsite for forgotten necessities and limited groceries. We dined at the Pelican Landing Restaurant where we enjoyed the harbor, margaritas, and food. We had a wonderful experience
I enjoy this COI very much. Would rather be here than at any public RV park. I visit this park at least one time every year most time two or three.
