We stayed in D08. Nice spot for us. We have been here before but stayed on the east side of the park. I didn't realize the water is turned off in the park when I booked. I reached out to the camp host and he told me about an available water spigot. We had to hook back up and get water in our trailer from a active water spigot by the restrooms. All was good then! We will be back with our friends on another adventure next year.

We really like Juniper Point West. There appeared to be no camp host. The door on the mens restroom wouldnt lock. It appeared possibly people who were not camping were using the showers.

We stay at Juniper point a lot. It is my favorite rv camping on the lake. Great cement pads and clean restrooms.

Stayed on the west side. Sites were well groomed and large enough to be private. Will definitely be going there again. Needs access to beach area.

At this particular time, it was rainy most every day. There is construction making the entrance difficult to find. Water is not available during the winter months.That being said, this is a basic spot and is a good place to get away for a couple of days. There are no amenities as expected and it's relatively clean.

Sites are very clean and the whole West side was mowed so it looked very neat Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay here it was fun. However the water did go out for a day and a half. And the sewer clean out overflowed. The restrooms were clean but the shower drains slow. So you end up with a massive puddle of water. I do let the cp host know about these problems. She said she would let maintenance know. I am a little surprised it's usually really nice here with. Must have been an off week for the. These problems didn't dampen our joy. We still had a good time. I plan to return next yr or sooner.

The camping area was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The showers didn't have hot water when we were there, but Juniper East had plenty of hot water. We will definitely visit again.

Had an enjoyable night in the campground. We tent-camped (hammocked, actually) in the west area (D-loop) for the night prior to hiking the Cross Timbers Hiking Trail. Next morning, we parked at the trailhead and had a wonderful hike. No worries about security. PROS: Sites are clean and well marked. Access to the lake is easy. Sunset was beautiful over the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. CONS: Bathhouse could have been a little cleaner. One big room with sink, toilet, shower (right inside door with no curtain--be sure you lock the door!) can only be used by one person at a time. It was SUPER hot in there with little ventilation. This is probably not much of a consideration if you have a nice RV with a restroom, but for tent campers, it is something to note.

I Rented 12 spaces on the west side ...... section D. My family loved it.........staff was very nice and accommodating. Management went above and beyond even the staff at the main office. Our event was a family reunion and we had over 100 people on the main day.I highly recommend this place
