Tree limbs over D01 need to be cut back. Damaged the roof on our RV.

We love Juniper point. East and West sides are well maintained and both have good boat ramps with a dock. There is the crosstimbers hiking trail which is an intermediate hike with great views. Fishing is year round. Catfish, striper, crappie, and our favorite..sand bass are all in the area. Not far from the islands as well all of the west side marinas including Cedar mills which has a great restraunt, Pelicans landing. The only thing that would be better about Juniper point campsites would be if they were full hookups.

Beautiful, peaceful lakefront sites.

The lack of lighting on the extremely torn up entrance made it impossible to see the barriers at night. While trying to leave at night and go South turning as sharp as possible avoid oncoming traffic I tore the side of my truck on the non visible barriers resulting in $6300 in damages. The lack of concern for safety by putting up a minimum of some type of even temporary solar lighting is why we will not be back until the entrance is fixed.

Excellent parking sites for rvs- concrete slabs- nice trees for some shade!

This campground allows way too many people and tents per site. We were surrounded by 3 sites that had as man cars as they could fit on the concrete part of their site along with the parking on the road. 4-5 tents per camp and more than a dozen kids running around screaming. Not the pleasant vacation I was hoping for.

Site is great but needs some tree limbs cut back and the water fixed so it doesn't leak and waste so much water. Otherwise wonderful campsite
