We had a very pleasant experience. The campsites were clean and the restrooms were very clean and well kept.

I rode my bicycle to Mott Park from San Marcos Texas. I went out there from Ennis Texas, where I had to stay at a days as a motel six for two days cause I was early for my reservation at Mott Park. I got to Moss Park. I had a front tire on my bicycle going flat, pumped up went back to Walmart where they have all the camping supplies for Park and bicycle tires and bought me one bought my 12 pack of water and some other food items like canned food for my trip. Went back to Motts Park and enjoyed my stay never had to change my tire enjoyed. The weather it stormed that night and I stayed inside my tent and it was still good love every bit of it love Motts Park. Nice place to camp nice friendly people at the gate. They welcome me back next year. Theyd love to see me they said anyway love Motts Park. Thats the second time Ive ever camp there. And it storms at night the second time like the first time similar love the weather camping in the storms. Ive done quite a bit up my life at different lake Front Lakeside Park properties and parks and always welcomed when I show. I dont mind the weather though. There is a Walmart about 10 miles down the road to get all your food supplies for the for the park if you need so or H-E-B theres other outfitters there theres chilies you can always go out to eat and other places like that. McDonalds always get a burger and fries to go.

Nice location on the lake. Campsites are not too close together. Very open with a few trees. Bathroom was clean and showers were warm. Bathroom is not heated so plan your shower accordingly.

Very adequate campsite and priced accordingly. It just seems kinda tired and unloved. It suited us fine in our 13' trailer. Water connection was too far away for my 25' hose but used on board tank. This site 12 is good with a tree nearby and it's not crammed together with another site.

Older campground but clean. Didnt get a chance to check out the bathroom or shower. Misunderstanding about our reserved spot (previous campers said they paid for the weekend or something) but was immediately upgraded to a better spot. Swimming area nice. Thirty minutes from home so great quick weekend get away. Definitely returning.

Everything was good just needing mowing a little bit at the time the grass / weeds were a little high but everything else was great
