Beautiful park! But, the lawn contractor showed up. Mowed the grass, and left the bluebonnets. Then after a group meeting with their boss, went back and mowed them all down! They were driving the mowers erratically and fast. It was apparent that the equipment did not belong to the people operating it. We were with a group of 3 other campers. Then with plenty other places to mow, they came near our spot while I was cooking, not being mindful of the debris being discharged towards campers. I tried to tell them they were stirring up dust and leaves, they did not care. I heard one tell the other one, "if they didn't like it that they can just leave.". also we found notices on the public restroom about a boil order. The park water system had been compromised, and there was air all in the lines making the water milky. But no one told us about it, and we had already connected and ran the water through our systems. It would've been nice on the digital display board at the unattended gate to have mentioned that a boil order was in effect instead of just "park open". Those blue bonnets did not have an opportunity to go to seed and the lawn crew did not care about them or or safety.

Great scenery, water and electricity hookups. Great place to fish. Keep it clean and mowed

The park its self is beautiful, quiet, and we had a great time. The restrooms and showers were a bit sketchy though. I understand were in the country but worms crawling on the walls was a bit much

They keep it real clean. The bathrooms and the showers are exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay there
