Incredible experience! Clean, well-kept, friendly campers all around. Easy to access, well-marked territories and easy check-in and check-out.

The park is beautiful and well maintained by the friendly volunteer staff. It is well laid out on the banks of Belton lake. The dump station is very accessible and one of the cleanest I have seen.

BEWARE No Park Rangers patrolling the park. We loved the part, but we had a large group (spots around the 50's) Weekend of 15~17, playing loud music, drinking openly, and urinating outside. Host called the Park Ranger, which finally came by and talked with them, But just as soon as they left, music got louder, and urination, just got worse, as you could plainly see they did not care. Never saw the Park Rangers again.

We like the shady sites here . Being close to a city the cell service is great and we can get local tv stations over the antenna. When the lake is up the swimming area is nice.

Beautiful area. Close to the water so we could fish. Deer grazed all around us. Very very nice place.

We had a very pleasant experience at Cedar Ridge. There was a lot of natural beauty in the camp area and it was clean and well cared for...we enjoyed it very much! I also thought that the park greeters were very friendly.

The park is always crowded and with some in the crowd there is sometimes loud music and some people put out too many lights. The staff is very friendly and does a good job of keeping the park clean. Great place to watch deer and wild turkeys.

The place is nice however the night that I stayed there was a group of 4-5 campers that were very belligerent and were extremely loud until after 2:00 am, I had to play music pretty loud to try and drown them out to get some sleep. I was under the impression that there were quite hours in campgrounds but I guess that doesn't apply to Cedar Ridge. I am hesitant to go back there due to that possibility, I certainly wouldn't want to be penalized for leaving in the middle of the night due to that kind of activity.
