Very nice well-kept park. The hosts were absolutely remarkable and very helpful. Its been a long time since I have met any host that goes above and beyond their regular duty as a hoat. Thanks for everything. We will definitely be back.

We love this park. It is quiet and the views of the water are beautiful. The camp hosts are very friendly.

Very nice camping area. I didn't see a single campsite that didn't have a decent view of the lake. The facilities were very nice. My wife and I went with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Everybody enjoyed themselves. We loved walking along the lake shore. It was too cold for us to go kayaking and swimming, but we plan to return in the summer.

The sites are packed in way too close. I picked the worst site to get a bumper pull backed into. Not well designed for at least that site. The campground overall was very clean and liked the picnic table design for each site. Will stay again but have to get a better site

As usual the park was nice, however different gate attendants at check out that were not so welcoming as the attendants that were there at check in. Started driving through staring at all the campsites that were leaving on Sunday about 11:00 and as we were hitching up the trailer at 1:45 stopped to ask if we were leaving (pretty obvious) then went on to berate me that check out was 2:00 and she had "campers at the gate sweating and tired of waiting to get in" even though CHECK IN was not till 3:00. I found this completely unnecessary and oddly enough as we pulled out the gate at 2:00 there was NO ONE WAITING TO GET IN! Definitely a surprise given the kind interactions we normally have here.

This is our favorite place to go when we are in the Temple Texas area. It is nice and quiet and very clean. We love seeing the deer. The lake is beautiful.
