The park is always clean, maintained very well. There is always someone on call if you have a need. We stay here often because we have family in the area. Very nice park on the lake and not far from anything you might need.

Loved that everything was close to our site, restrooms, extra parking, and boat ramp. Would definitely get 34 again.

Quiet, almost to quiet. Little to no contact with others. Had Hired cleaning service for the bathrooms and they were clean. Walking is limited to the roads. There is a hiking trail but you have to cross a busy highway.

Less Baker, was very friendly and was willing to help in anyway. I saw him cut grass when it was high in certain areas of the park. When Less was on duty he was always visable and came around making sure everything was ok and picking up down limbs and and any trash that might have blown from a camp site.
The park was quite and very clean, we had a very good time!!!!! We plan on making this park a regular stop. You have a very good volunteer in Less Baker, you would think the way he worked that he was a paid employee.

The very kind manager Mr. Baker helped us, first time with our Rv. The clean park and the super super clean bathrooms.

We really like this state campsite and the area. It is close to our kids in Killeen, TX, and Belton and Salado are close by for day trips.
