We were in campsites 44 and 45 and they were excellent. Lots of trees and large campsites. The park was very quiet and peaceful despite it being completely full that weekend. I would highly recommend.

Easy check in. Great rates for seniors and others. Location was awesome!

The campsite was large, plenty of room and mostly level, the trees offered good shade, the showers and restrooms were well maintained, we enjoyed walking to the lake and the campsite was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back at some point.

Terrible water access unless you use boat dock. Small sites on the back loop. Trees not trimmed so our roof was full of branches. Never again

The camp hosts were not friendly or helpful.

Stayed in space 44, lots of trees! Camp area was very quiet and peaceful. Disappointed that the picnic table did not have a cover to be able to put out lights. If you are camping and have a portable satellite for your television, this space is not the one to choose. Our satellite requires a clear path to the south sky and there was nowhere we could move it to for access in a southerly direction. Trees will be very nice in the summer when it gets hot.

Close to stores, right on the lake and across from a great hiking trail. Would like to see playground equipment power washed, just like the sites. A trash bin near play area would be nice too. Definitely needs a water fountain of some kind. Texas is hot 9 months out of the year
