Check in was easy. Park is clean and well marked. Site 19 is very level, but tree might get in the way of your awning. Hookups can also be challenging if you have mobility issues since its on a pretty steep hill. Very clean and well maintained site. We would definitely use this site and park again.

This is a fabulous park. Staff was super nice and the grounds very well kept. The shower/restroom facility was very clean as well. As with most corp. parks there are no trails to hike, yet across the road is a park called Miller Springs and there are numerous trails. Live Oak Ridge is a park you hate to give great reviews because you don't want all to know LOL. But I highly recommend and we will be back. Thanks to the volunteers and keep up the great work.

We enjoyed our stay in site 19. Trees, quiet, nice table with cover, and convenient access to ramp to launch kayaks in beautiful cove. Will be coming back.

Campsite was clean and in good condition. Well-appointed amenities included a covered picnic table and fire pit with BBQ grill. Pad was level and utilities worked without issue. Campground is well shaded. If you like to hike, be sure to cross the road as the nature area does not disappoint.

Live Oak Ridge is easy to get to and is a clean park. The sites are spaced apart so your not right on top of other campers. It is close to towns if you want to shop or just forget things.

Campsite #40 was overlooking the water. The table was in heavy afternoon sun, but we just opted to do without. We would camp there again readily. It was so quiet and restful.

We were booked in site 19. Ok back in but in order to use electricity or water one must stand on unlevel ground and balance oneself to plug in or use water. My husband fell down the embankment just trying to get power. You need a series of steps or at least a handrail for safety. It had rained which made the steep embankment even worse.
We won't stay again or recommend this site or park. It is a safety issue.

Easy check-in. Site was clean and well situated in park. In fact, there isn't a bad spot to be found. Loved the covered picnic tables and crushed granite/rock area with grill and fire ring. Didnt use the bathroom facility but found them to be very clean and updated when popping in to check them out. Will visit again!
