We always enjoy our stay at Live Oak. The sites are well taken care of and clean at arrival. Great location to Belton and Millers Springs for hiking.

Great spot during the week if youre retired and like it quiet, by the weekend, many families come in and the kids love to ride their toys around the park, which is great for them. Theyre having fun. It would be nice if they would repair the laundromat that would be a huge plus and had better access to the lake not just for boats but for people.

I was impressed with the upkeep of the sites when I arrived. Excellent views with excellent amenities. We will be returning. Park attendants were great

Very well maintained. I like the covered tables. My only issue is I wish the underbrush on the edge of the drop-off to the lake would be maintained to where there was a better view of the lake. One cant really see the lake even though the campsites are right next to it.

Camp host we very pleasant and was always making rounds and keeping park clean park rangers were driving thru every day checking on things and belton sheriff officers would make several passes thru camp ground to make you feel very safeIt was a great experience have been going the last 5 years and will continue to go back

Been RVing at Live Oak since I was a little girl with my family. I will turn 70 on Oct 12. Wish yall could clear the brush so we could see the lake from our sites as we did when I was little! That would be awesome!

Great views, quiet, well maintained, and spacious. Our only negative is that the bath houses are not very clean. It appears that they only empty the garbage and add toilet paper once in a while. Bugs, cobwebs, etc. always there even though signs on the doors say they are cleaned once a week.

Grass needed cutting. One bathroom closed down with part full on weekend. Only remaining bathroom in ladies .. One toilet kept overflowing. Disgusting! We were in Site 2. Sewer stunk from bathrooms! The knats or bugs were unbelievable in the bathrooms! It was awful!

extreme heat! So grateful the electric works great! Bathroom and shower area very dirty, needs a good cleaning. Grounds are pretty clean. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Some campers have pretty messy sites including stuffed living room chairs and fishing stuff all over the place which is a eye sore! Others are fine and dogs are kept on leashes. We have stayed here many times due to relatives that live nearby and we will stay again.

Love the huge old Oak trees. Just wish there was view of the lake from the sites! It would be wonderful if brush could be cleared so we could see more of the lake!

Camp sites closely packed together. Lake barely visible at sites 1,2 & 3. Other sites 1-30 have no lake visibility. No lake access near first few sites except for boat ramp. Bathrooms- appalling. No soap. Dead bugs everywhere. No TP.

There is a real need to have a paid park host at the front gate to accommodate visitors that have questions and any other things that are needed.

Pleasant surroundings as always, however, very disappointed that the shower rooms/bathrooms were closed. We are in a class B RV, currently having a few issues with our shower, so we were very disappointed that there wasn’t access to the showers/bathrooms. Two men who were accessing the janitorial closet told me that no one is paid to clean the bathrooms and that’s why they were closed.
