Beautiful, well maintained and staffed park. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at Live Oak Ridge. This park's central location in Texas makes it a great stopping off place for trips to other places in Texas. 1 night or a dozen nights, try this park out. You won't be disappointed.

The park was exceptionally great. The site was nice and the park was clean. The facilities were clean. The park personnel were very nice and friendly. We will be going back soon.

Love Live Oak Ridge, but was very disappointed in the dining hall rules .... that we NEVER saw (even though we ask for a copy several times) .... only heard of the rules from the host. Seems the rules were the "Hosts Rules". We have used that dining hall every year for the past 5-6 years (exception last year due to covid) but this year there was a whole new set of rules that were real convenient for the host but not for the guest!!
We had 11 campsites for 7-8 nights from 12/26 to 01/03 .... our 5 or 6th year in a row. (we were even in the park last year during covid and the torrential rains) We all decided to go somewhere else next year!
And we also .... got real tired of Jason arguing with several of the folks in our group.
We were all very impressed with all the fresh bright green grass growing al over the host sites!

The most clean park in the area. Our number one place to go if we can get in. Beautiful trees and park host are very friendly.

Beautiful RV park. Huge sites with covered picnic table, grill and fire ring. Lots of trees. Wish we could stay longer.

Friendly, professional staff. Very clean grounds. We didn’t use the showers as we have our own.

Park Rangers were very helpful. Clean and quiet place to camp! Beautiful views of Lake Belton.

All Camp Hosts were very friendly, we talked for quite some time with Hosts Les and Paula who are awesome people! Beautiful clean, tree filled park with some great fishing, a private boat ramp, and across the street are some awesome hiking trails near the river below Lake Belton Dam. A very popular park and not easy to book. We can't wait to get back there!
