I'm new to motorhome camping, but found this park very welcoming and clean. The attendants are great people, watching over sites, providing a excellent experience. They were extremely helpful, when I locked myself out of the motorhome, by providing ideas on how to re-enter, etc. Great park to visit.

Camp ground was clean, well shaded, had a great weekend. Camp hosts were courteous, available and made the stay more enjoyable.

We love the corp of engineer parks. Always haveCedar Ridge is my absolute favorite so many memories of my childrens (they are now 24 and 21) birthday parties, fishing, swimming and boating. Live Oak was closer for us to visit with family for Christmas this trip though. The only other feedback I can give is the gate code box is very hard to reach from your vehicle. There was quite a bit of dog poop on the entire site we had to remove so we didnt step in it at the door and a tree right in the way of the entry to our camper. We couldve pulled up more but wouldve lost that space for parking. However I know in the summer we wouldve been more thankful for the tree cover. Main point we had a good experience and will camp here again.

Live Oak Ridge is a beautiful park with great views and no traffic noise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The park is always clean and well maintained including the shower houses. Close to shopping in both Temple and Belton. We have been staying there twice a year for the past 13 years.
