We loved our camp site! Clean , private and close to toilet ( which was clean for a pit toilet)The short hike to the waterfalls was so beautiful!Great swimming!I really wish people would carry out all their trash! Leave no trace! So important!

Great location for people who want to get away from the city and enjoy a little peaceful of mind.

This is a great campground but the Park Service needs to find a way to filter out low-lifes from making group reservations. There are only ~20 sites total so a group taking up 4 or 5 sites at a time can really change the overall tenor and experience at the camp. Its a real shame if you're just trying to enjoy a quiet, peaceful time with your family.
Fellow campers - please note nobody at a campground wants to hear your thump-thump expletive-laden music all day & night nor a bunch of F-bombs across sites to your friends AND children and we don't need to see your litter, shirtless tattoo covered overweight bodies with butt-riding shorts or bikinis meant for your body 100 lbs ago.
You're not in your home, the bar or hood when you come to a campground so try to remember there are other people besides you there. Neighborly respect, class & civility don't cost anything but pay great dividends. Please stay home if it's too much to ask and let the rest of us enjoy these beautiful campgrounds and each other.

Drive 4 hours to get to the campground only for it to be closed and locked up. The other sites nearby were as well. I booked my campsite 2 nights before, not sure why a closure notice wasn't posted. Very poor experience.

The bathrooms were pretty stinky but the swimming hole made it worth it!
Your a long ways from a store of any kind, so get everything you need before you leave H80.
Watch out for the logging trucks. They drive fast and take up most of the road.

This is a great campground. It's pretty small so there aren't a ton of people and the sites are all pretty nicely spaced out. If you can grab a site next to the river, that's ideal. There's access to a waterfall and swimming hole from the campground (though I've never actually checked it out). The road getting there is all paved but very narrow at times. Very enjoyable though, I try to go here once a year and always try to grab the same spot.
