Beautiful scenery, long driveway to get into the campground on dirt road. Lots of bullfrogs at night. (July Trip). Not many mosquitos!

Great little campground!! Sites could use a little leveling but overall a nice peaceful campground. bathrooms were clean and potable water was available.

hard to get a spot here. This is my favorite park in the area. great walking areas in the hills and the north area.

Enjoyed the area. Camp site 6 worked great for our tent. Shade available. Linda, the campground host, was very helpful , friendly, and kind.

The place was clean, well kept and beautiful. The camp hosts were friendly and interactive, making sure I knew they were there should I need anything. And I did. They loaned me a hose so I could top off my fresh water tank. The park ranger, Kyle was friendly and a delight to chat with. I took my dog to the lake. The camp host suggested that the beach was closed to dogs, but I could get him in the water via the boat ramp. It was a busy holiday weekend, but I stayed three nights. I had to book separate sites for each night, but it worked out well.

Very clean, spacious. Booked here last minute to catch some sleep on a cross country trip. Big field in the center of all the sites with plenty of room to run around. Bring your horseshoes for the horseshoe pits. Not much shade so I'd plan accordingly.
