Site 58 in a fifth wheel trailer. Drive through site at water front. Plenty of flat parking area for trailer. Driveway approach and exit a steep but doable for all I believe. Should be room for larger rv plus two cars and a boat if careful how you park.water front has beach shoreline good to park boat or swim your dogs.50 & 30amp service plus Water.

This site is amazing I love the view, the space for our family to gather, the shade of the trees on the right, and the space of grass to lay on the mat or hammock or just to sit in our chairs enjoying the view, also the beach area to play and swim with no worries about the rocks for our kiddos. I will be coming back in September for another fun weekend! Thank you :) already booked!

This was a nice getaway location where my wife and I found relaxing. The staff was supportive and helpful when needed. I find the COE locations including Springfield an asset for an affordable stay and I hope that we can continue to keep this service available for future use of ourselves and generations in the future. Life is meant to live and having this COE service is really a plus for promoting a good healthy lifestyle.

#58 was perfect, no sun in your face ,excellent view of the lake and very quiet.very friendly staff. Other campers very nice,too ..Camp sites and rest rooms were spotless too.thank you so much for a great weekend.

We have always loved coming to Springfield Campground. Some of our children and grandchildren came to stay a couple of days. They enjoyed tubing for the very first time. This was the first time that we enjoyed the Beach area.
The bathhouses were spotless, as usual. My Husband and I have camped here many times so when our children or Company come over, it’s always a nice feeling to know that when they go to the bathhouse, it will be clean and well maintained.
It shows that the Hostess’s have pride in their work. Thank you!

Nice park, pretty views. Gate staff not exceptionally friendly or outgoing. Park is clean, no paper towels or soap in bath houses. Need paths cut for access to bath houses from sites through the overgrown grass. Too far to walk from the sites in the upper 50s by having to walk along the paved road. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. It was my first time at this location. I’d go back.

Our site was good except it didn’t have a grill. Luckily we were camping with friends next to us and they had a grill. We love the COE parks. Springfield is one of our favorites.
