Great area. Very clean nice to see people pick up when they leve. Was a great way to spend the weekend with the jeep.

Awesome place, if camping with 5th wheel or trailer on the sand don’t try cheating make sure you reduce the tire pressure down to 10 lbs. everyone was respectful and really nice. We had a blast.????

Made reservations over the phone for 3 people and one vehicle. Arrived as it was getting dark to learn that you cannot access without special 4WD sand vehicles. The host said that this happens all the time and he has advised “them” multiple times to make this clear on the web site and to the phone operators. They would not let us “camp” (not even just sleep in our van) in the parking lot. The area is very nice. We never saw our campsite. We stayed at the driftwood campground 30 minutes away and that was a good experience. We requested a refund but have not heard back yet.

Is really only accessible for 4 wheel drive. Not family friendly.
