One of the cleanest campgrounds Ive ever been to. Dan, the camp host, is awesome.

Daniel, the camp host, was so friendly and approachable. The sites were not too close to each other that we felt like everyone was into our business. It was beautiful. Well maintained. Good sources of water. Cleanest pit toilets Ive ever used. Exactly what we needed.

Great spot, near the river and beautiful Sequoias.

The campsite is great! Beautiful Sequoias and peaceful stream with spots to jump in the water, although its cold!! The park ranger was super helpful with a lot of recommendations. There is a gas station next to the fire station, make sure you top off gas if you are going to be exploring, as there are no other gas stations that we could find. We will come back!

Perfectly situated campground next to trails and a beautiful creek. Well managed and excellent camp host.

Belknap was one of the best campgrounds I have ever been to. It is so quiet and peaceful. Campsite 13 was right by the creek. All campsites are very spacious and have room for more than just one tent. The campground host Dan is very helpful. He let us know about the swim hole nearby, and a short hike that led us by huge sequoias. Dan took good care of the campground. He kept the bathrooms very clean and raked the sites. There are vault toilets and potable water at the campground and firewood can be bought from the host. About 2 miles away there is a little store for food etc. The only sad thing is that you will see quite a bit of a burnt area surrounding the campground when hiking in the area. Nevertheless, I absolutely loved this place.

Very cool camp site had a lot of fun with my friends. The main guy at the camp told us about some trails and swimming holes around. Super cool and peaceful

The camp host Dan is the best. We've been coming here for years, so its great seeing him year after year, and he takes great care of the sites and facilities. This place wouldn't be the same without him and he makes the campsite 5 Stars instead of maybe 4 if he weren't around.

Such a hidden gem among giant sequoias! Cant miss this spot with multiple hiking trails a walk away, a huge swimming hole, and great camp host, Daniel! Will 100% be back. No service (I have Verizon) but be sure to check out Pierpoint hotel and restaurant for free wifi, great food, and friendly people!

The campsites are really slanted but that wasnt my biggest problem. Despite checking two separate times, I was eventually told that I was still not and lost my campsite. There was no service so I couldnt answer a call but on the voice message they stated I wasnt present at the campsite even though I was there. Very frustrating experience.

Belknap is great. Giant Red woods were great. Best part about this campground is no motor homes or trailers allowed.

We loved this campground! We chose #11 and it was perfect for our family. The site was large and the proximity to the creek and an open wooded grove was wonderful for our kids. We explored the campground and neighboring areas. We appreciated the bear safe bins, the cleanliness of the facilities and the access to spring water for drinking, etc. The camp host was sure to stop by and give us some neat tips. The proximity to Camp Nelson was nice, as we did need to make a supply run. We used this trip to explore Sequoia NP, and it was quite a drive from the campground. We plan to stay here again, but next time we will stay and explore everything that is near Belknap.

Our site was in the perfect spot, peaceful creek behind us. Not too close/far to the restroom or trash cans, not noisy and no campers walking through our site. My only complaint would be that there are no sinks.. The campground host, Dan, was friendly and knowledgable. He did an amazing job of keeping the bathrooms clean and kept. We loved this campground and can't wait to visit again.

This campground is AMAZING! Sleeping next to a babbling creek, surrounded by beautiful sequoias is so tranquil, and the site itself was wonderful! The camp host, Dan, keeps everything in order and the restrooms very clean. There are bear bins at each site, though he told us there have not been any predators spotted here this season. The only downside is no showers, which is a bummer since the campgrounds are very dusty. One note: site 11 is about 200 ft downhill from the designated parking spot, so be prepared to build your muscles bringing in/out your camping gear. That said, I couldn't ask for a better visit and can't wait to return!

The campsite was immaculate, friendly host, nice places to swim. The surrounding area, though, is a bit burned out, and will need a number of years to recover.

One of the best kept campgrounds I've been to. Dan is an amazing host and each site is kept pristine. One of the best vault restrooms you'll find too.

We were motorcycle camping and reserved campsite 3. It was too steep for our bikes, but the host helped us change sites to 13, which was awesome for us! Great site right by the creek with flat parking for our bikes. The host does an amazing job keeping the site clean and raked! Really great campground. Camping among the giant sequoia was awesome!

Didnt spend the night, there wasnt enough room to park a small van. Sites were also all on top of each other and multiple campfires were going despite the ban. Host was literally smoking out the bathrooms.

We loved our stay at Belknap! It is a beautiful campground, kept immaculately clean by the camp host. The other campers were quiet and respectful of the area as well. Camp host was super friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience.

- Very beautiful, spacious campsite along the river. The weather was perfect. The high was about 85 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, and the low was about 50 degrees Fahrenheit at night. The bear box for food was very convenient. The picnic tables and fire pit were also great amenities. The trees provided plenty of shade and comfort. There was a spigot at campsite 7, just 3 campsites up from where we stayed at campsite 10. It was a little walk, but not too bad. Just be prepared with water containers to transport the water back to your campsite for cooking and washing. Also, it is a good idea to bring a few 2.5 gallon containers of water. When we were there in the middle of August, the sites were filled and there were a lot of campers.

Such a beautiful campground! We were in site 13, which is RIGHT next to the creek. It was so relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed our camping trip. This campground is amazing. There's a small store not too far away for extra ice or whatever you may need. The grounds are well maintained with hiking trails nearby. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and how quiet and peaceful it was. There was a water station right next to our site too. So convenient! The camp host was very welcoming and had firewood for sale. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time!

Camp Host Dan is the best there is. He works hard non stop keeping this campground clean and sites are even raked prior to arrival.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
