The sequoia at this site has been cut down, so that was a bit of a disappointment. But its still a great site, and the campground location is amazing. The yurt was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately someone kept propping the pit toilet door open so tons of flys got in. But overall a great experience and I will probably be back.

We have previously visited the trail of 100 giants years ago and it was our first time camping in this area at Redwood Meadow. It was also our first time sleeping in a yurt versus our regular tent camping adventures and we really loved it! The facilities were clean and well kept. We were greeted very warmly and respectfully by the gracious camp host, Darin. He is so humble, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated how he was knowledgeable about the traditional stewards of the lands we were on, the Yokuts Native Nation. He shared what he knew about it being a sacred place for them and surrounding nations, as well as part of a trade route that stretches to the coast. As folks who are part of the Indigenous community, this was very nice of him to make us feel welcome and be a good relative.
The restrooms were clean, fully stocked, and though pit style toilet, they was a minimal smell.
We stayed in yurt site #2 and it was such a nice space, with a giant sequoia next to the tables and fire pit, as well as a pathway that led out to a beautiful, wide open meadow. What a treat! We will definitely plan another stay. Thank you Darin and Michelle for being amazing people.

love the location, we stayed at #2 and let me just say it took my breath away. The meadows behind there was remarkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ll be booking this again in the near future.

We loved this campground, no water so bring enough water for your stay . This place is one of the best campgrounds I stayed at. Across the street is the trail of a 100 giant’s sequoias . And yurt 2 is the best spot.

My family loved it! It is a small campground with 15 sites. A mix of 6 tent sites and 6 yurts and the host site.. Yurt site 2 is awesome, it has a large area behind it with privacy to hang out at. There is even a juvenile Sequoia tree back there. Site 7 is the best tent site. Site 5 is right behind the host and site 8 can fit a trailer or rv.
The campground is mostly families and couples and is quiet. The bathrooms are very clean and stocked with tp. There is also a great store up front with t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, stickers, magnets, etc.
The Trail of 100 Giants is across the strand is amazing!
The camp host Darin is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and makes you feel at home.
There is a generator that runs at 9:15-10:45am and 5:30-7:00pm to provide power for the store.
Best place in the area in my opinion!
