The location, the camp host and everything about this trip was great. Pretty close to perfect. Thanks for such a great experience.

We had the BEST first camping experience!! Our family stayed in a yurt and it was so clean, comfortable, spacious and Perfect!! Definitely would recommend 10/10 Cant wait to go back!!!

This is a beautiful campground. The yurts are very spacious and comfortable, including beds with mattresses. If you use a wheelchair, highly advise bringing your own ramp to access the yurts as there is a 6-8 inch step onto the wooden ramp. Otherwise, the porch, door threshold, and interior are barrier-free. Also note that there is no water (potable or otherwise) at the campground so you need to bring your own. The Trail of a Hundred Giants, which is just across the road, is also very nicely paved and fully accessible (though as of June 2023, part of the trail is closed due to fire damage).

Excellent experience. Camp hosts are hospitable and helpful. The trail across the street for the trees is worth the drive alone. I love the yurts!

The campground has large campsites where you can put up multiple tents. We stayed in a Yurt, that was very clean and spacious. It was furnished with a bunk bed that had a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There also was a futon, and enough room for an air mattress on the floor. bring your own sheets for the bed and the futon. It is acceptable to put a tent on yurt campsites as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed. The host was very friendly and helpful. He has a wealth of knowledge about the hikes close by so use him to get information. The trail across the street gets very crowded so go early or late. There is also paid parking for hikers at the entrance of the campsite so it does get a little crowded during the day. The bathrooms in the front are also utilized by these many hikers. We used the bathroom at the back of the campground. we had a great experience and would definitely go back.
