It was a good 15 to 20 minute drive from Lodgepole. It has a few hikes that start from the campground but we didn't get to try them. We ended up driving to Lodgepole everyday and taking shuttle to see the main attractions. Restrooms are the kind without water, but they were clean and didn't smell bad.

We enjoyed out visit in both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, We think the Boyden Caverns tour and the Moro Rock climb were the best! I wish the Crystal Cave does not need reservation, we wanted to go there as well, but it was all booked!
