The only downside was the wind, which was strong enough to destroy an EZ-Up and a tent that we brought.
To stay here, you need appropriate preparation.
When we arrived the hosts gave us the normal run down about quiet time but then pointed out a group that “got pretty rowdy the night before” and told us “there wasn’t much they could do about it.”
Well, they weren’t wrong. There were generators running until nearly 1:00am, loud music even later than that and even bright flood lights on well into the night.
Don’t waste you time with this campground, there are plenty of others nearby that have got to better options.
If you are to visit the sequoia national park, it’s another 2-3hrs drive on a winding road.
It’s nice that shower is available for the site.
