GREAT group site! Far enough from other campers to enjoy your site at any volume. Road to the site, had rough patches (and there were big puddles d/t rain). However, we did get a few regular cars through (not high clearance), but will avoid next time. Some dirt bikes drove through (we surprised them too). PCT is close. Once youre there, getting back to town is a trek so, bring all your supplies. There was cell service in some areas of the site too (great for coordinating the dirt road). Lots of great morning shade options for tents. Shade around the site at different times of the day too. The vaulted toilet was fine at night, flies during the day (not enough toilet paper was provided for the weekend, group of 20 - we had to get more in town). Five picnic tables, big fire pit, and a large and small grill. Bring water and plan to take your trash.

Dont be surprised if people show up at night without reservations.

This campsite is great! Plenty of space for friends and family. Has a big fire pit to enjoy at night time. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except for the bathroom. There was a yellow jacket nest and we pointed it out to the ranger who came but he told us they were flies and that they would go away once the sun went down. This was definitely not the case and it was kind of insulting that he told us they weren't yellow jackets when they clearly were. Aside from the yellow jackets it was a great camping trip and the site was beautiful.

We had a wonderful time, the only thing I wish we would have known was the terrain to get to the campsite. I would highly recommend a 4 wheel drive car with high clearance. We had one trailer with us and looking back it was incredibly difficult for them.
Outside of that, the campsite is MASSIVE, there are plenty of tables and a very large fire pit.
Would definitely stay again!
