Nice large secluded site. But its wayyyyy too expensive for whats offered. Theres no water and theres a homeless guy living in the forest close by. We caught him going through our camp at night. He almost got shot.

The roads were not visible. No bear box. No place to dump trash

The camp spot was beautiful! However, I’m not sure 10 horses could fit, there at 6, 12x12 stalls. One horse per stall was perfect as we had 6 full size horses. Sadly there was no water at the campsite for the horses but thankfully we brought enough. The road up with a trailer was a little rough but still doable!

This campsite is a hidden gem. A couple of things that I had to clarify before booking that might help you.

- you do not need to bring horses to camp at the site
- there ARE restrooms on the site

The campground was very nice, quiet, and peaceful. The stars at night are incredible. This is a great place to book for a larger group, but can still be enjoyed by a few. The campsite is not far from Big Bear City which is very nice, about 7 miles away. There are trees that are perfect for hammocks and necessary shade for the hot summer months. Would definitely book again!
