The Camp ground was fine But there is so much vegitation growth in Fish Lake that is is dishonest to keep it open until this problem is cleared up There is too much vegitation to fish anywhere in the lake my wife and I went around the lake in our canoe with a paddle as there was way too much vegitation for an electric trolling motor to cut through, Sometimes a lake needs to be shut down to the public so our forestry system can clear it up and bring it back to what it should be and or should have been all along...Note that the campsite was very nice but how can you rent camp spots to people when you know the condition of this lake, It is so bad that it is unsafe for children to swim in it, we don't want our money back but we will be sure to go camping at a much more satisfying experience in the furure.. Sincerely and Respectfully Yours Daniel B.

Lake level was down with algae warnings . And the people that are cleaning the bathrooms aren’t CLEANING the bathroom. They used to be pretty nice . The roads are past due getting fixed . Still a peaceful place to go camping . Except for paying extra for one more vehicle that’s bullshit!!

It is time to stop allowing generators in parks after 8 PM. It is also time to require music played not to be audible past the campground occupied.

This is a great campground and we love going there. The many hikes from the campground, the trail over to Lake of the Woods, all make for a wonderful outdoor experience.

The host does a good job keeping the place running but with the influx of new campers that are poorly schooled in camping etiquette, the regulations have to tighten up a bit and the rangers should be cruising through the area on a more regular basis.
