Extremely large sites with tons of room for both our trailer, 2 tents, 2 cars and truck. Clean bathrooms, decent garbage cans. Very quite area, with minor highway noise. Our site had its own beach with we really enjoyed. The only real concern we had was the over abundance of Milfoil. We were not able to paddle board or fish. Two of us bought expensive fishing day passes and we were not able to fish as we couldn't cast past it. If we had had a boat or walked down to the resort fishing it might have been better. No where on the description of the lake and campground did I ever see any mention of Milfoil. The campground is halfway between Medford and Klamath Falls and we have family in Klamath Falls, it was an easy drive for them to come up and spend the night and or just the day. We too went to Klamath Falls for an event. We will come back-but we will know not to bother with our paddle boards or fishing poles.

We love staying at this campground. We visit 1-2 times per year. The only reason I only gave it four stars instead of five is because the men's bathroom near sites 8-12 had a broken toilet. Later it was backed up. Nevertheless, I'm sure that the issue is already fixed, and we'll visit again next year. The hiking, as usual, was great. Next year I'll bring my mountain bike. Hopefully we'll have a better winter and the lake will be full.

One of our favorite spots. Quiet, spots are spaced out for privacy and clean.

My wife and I love this campground. We go mid-week, so it's not very crowded. The water level was pretty low this year (2021) so we didn't get the chance to use the paddleboards, but the hiking was great. There's easy access to the PCT, or you can ride your mountain bike. We visited this campground twice this year - once in May and again in August. The bathrooms were clean, the campsite reasonably level (we have a 27-foot motorhome), good mix of sun & shade, and not very buggy.
