Amazing site. We were there 2 nights. Both nights had great sites. While a busy campground, the spaces are arranged where you feel secluded. Bathrooms well maintained and wash areas. Would recommend

Good launching point for exploring RMNP.

The campground was easy to get to and very well maintained! Beautiful views. They sell wood at the campground at night as well as ice!

Great campsite, except when we pulled into our site at 7PM, someone was already there setting up camp. We learned that they were trying to camp "near friends". The campsite was close to water and the bathroom and had a beautiful view. Only problem was we wanted one more night but no internet to get a reservation.

Love the spot and easy campground to get to. Good trails nearby and walk to Sprague lake is very easy from there. Tented in the non-electric campsites. Clean and didn't feel crowded (since partially closed). Our 5th trip there. Will definitely go back as soon as a spot becomes available. Thank you

Great Campground with plenty of amenities, access to trails that can get your anywhere in the park depending on how far you want to hike. Elks and wildlife come through the campground so lock up your food, sunscreen, and anything with smells.

Excellent campground and a great base camp for exploring the Glacier Gorge region! It's an easy walk to the shuttle stop which can connect you to Bear Lake and the Glacier Gorge trailhead. The spot was well-sized for an individual or a small group. My only complaint was that not every spot had a bear box, which was fine, but the placement was odd; I had to walk into my neighbor's campsite to stash all my "smellables" each night. Of course, I saw multiple people who left food out anyway, so it all felt a little futile. Please remember, even in large and populated areas, to stow your food and toiletries properly, for the safety of yourselves and the wildlife!
