This particular spot is on the far back end of the campground, up against the trees. There were deer grazing near my tent all day and night - they must've come within a few feet of my tent because I could hear them breathing and chewing :). There is no designated bear locker for this site but I was able to share with my neighbors without a problem

My campsite was at the end of a road which made the site very quite. The site was also elevated about 6 feet above the road so the headlights wouldn't shin in my eyes at night. The site is also at the edge of the woods where the elk and deer would walk. The bathroom with running water was within 100 yards, they also had a sink to clean your dishes. The campsite was very easy to get to from the entrance of the campground.

well managed, nearby short hikes are great for the evening and early morning. Rangers were available most of the time and were able to answer our questions.

Loved this campground! Only about 15 minutes from park entrance to the campground, and 10 minutes from Bear Lake driving. The campground had flush toilets and clean bathrooms with soap and an outlet, drinking water, and firewood for sale. The site is beautiful and right on the edge of the forest, much more secluded than other sites. The only issue with the site is that right next to it is a service road and a few big trucks were passing through beginning very early morning. I would recommend the D loop because I felt like that was a better view, but obviously it's all beautiful! This site was a perfect distance away from the nearest community bear box, and they were large enough to easily store all of our food/toiletries. Hope this helps, and happy camping!

Campsites were great, restrooms were very clean, and the rangers were extremely helpful.

Nice setting, of course. Remember to use the bus transportation! Great way to get around the park.

Anytime camping with in the park is an awesome experience. You can hike several direction right from your campsite plus I got to experience my first Bear encounter and I will always make sure my car is locked this isn't a myth it was the first time I locked my car at night and the bear went right for my door handles.

Not the best tent-only campsite (I think I'd prefer the adjacent two, as they're closer to the bear box and bathroom and might have better views), but perfectly adequate with a flat tent site.

This site is very poorly laid out with a slippery sandy hill between the road and the tent pad/ picnic table. Not really a path....just a slope with loose dirt. Could be a hazard in the dark. site badly groomed-- or, not groomed at all. Decided to sleep in the car.Site # 31 is set closer to the road without the hill climb. I. wouldn't pick site # 32 at all-- same problem.Bathroom needs serious cleaning. Deep cleaning from tile to rafters. In loop A, I would select site #1, #2, #7, #11, # 18 and # 28

Great campsite off the main drag within the campground. No shade but trees and open forest just a few yards away. Kids enjoyed would try to get this one again.
