Campground with a. great view. the only shade is over the parking area so it gets hot in the daytime. next to the bathroom as well.

Amazing scenery, beautiful campsite. You can't beat the creek next to the campsite. Would say 5 star, but the campsites were pretty close to each other.

This was the most beautiful campground we stayed at in RMNP. The staff was excellent and the facilities were immaculate. Only issue was not being able to fill our RV water tank at the campground. We just hauled water from the faucet to the camper when needed. Would definitely visit this site again.

Great campground, attentive camp hosts, waives reservation needs for the park. Clean bathrooms, sites were large and level. Wish there were more sites and farther out. We had a site right in the middle of a circle by the bathrooms and it wasnt very private. No electric.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Site 34 has a strange set up.

We camped for two nights, 5/28-5/30/2022. It wasn't a bad experience, but it's a somewhat crowded campground and shows its age. I should have done more research and lowered my expectations. I was thinking (and from the picture) it was in glen of aspens on an alpine meadow, etc., but in our area of the campground (#33) was more of a field of weeds not far from a very busy entrance to the park. We have a 16' trailer and our picnic table was opposite the door and a hike away, closer to our neighbors than us. It was a good base for exploring the rest of the park and avoiding the entrance lines. The restrooms are modern and clean. A small herd of elk wandered through mowing the weeds down, that was memorable, so I shouldn't complain.
