Beautiful view, sold firewood for $10 a bundle in the evenings. Could not recommend more

The campground was fine once we found it. It was not well marked and we were not given a map at the entrance to the park. They were out. We probably drove in circles for 2 hours, but glad to relax and enjoy the space once we got there.

The first evening our site B9 was nice and level; deer walked by on the side of the hill and the wild flowers were delightful. The second evening we stayed at C49; it was difficult to level the van, but we finally did. An inversion set in and all the camp fire smoke just hung over the campground. That was not very nice, but Mother Nature had a hand in that! Loved the toilets with the outside rinse stations! That was super nice. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Also, the camp host was really great! Ed! He was really fun to talk to, very informative and just a really nice person. We had a fabulous time. Took our 5 month old puppy and even he had a great time! (Although it was not very fun to sleep with him! LOL)
