The campsite overall was great. The bathrooms were clean and there were showers available. The stores had everything you might need if you forgot anything. Campsite #7 was alright. The site was completely sun exposed until about 5pm. The site was also near a creek bed (I did not know this) so there were a lot of mosquitoes during the evening.

Campsite 32Great 2 nights at Pinnacles NP. Amazing amount of greenery and wildflowers in March. Condors were out and temps were mild.

Wonderful, unique area for hiking in the early morning before the heat arrives. Tunnel hike is one-of-a-kind and not to be missed. Campground is clean and has decent distance between sites. Bathroom was recently painted and also clean. Loved the convenience of the store.

We have been coming here for many years. Some issues (double booking sites) in the past have been solved. All is well now.

I really wasn't sure what to expect from this park - I thought dry, more desert like landscape but was pleasantly surprised. The campsite was huge and had some nice big trees to provide shade. Store is well stocked and reasonably priced! We didn't take advantage of the pool. Grounds were well maintained. Plan on coming again in the fall when it is cool (like it was for our trip in March) and hope to explore more the of the park, doing more hikes and exploring the caves. Did not see any condors, hopefully next time!

nice campgrounds with shower. Could use another bathroom in the CG. Needs more parking at trailheads. They could open up an access gate near Visitor Center to provide more parking spaces also have shuttles. working during peak hiking season. Beautiful park.

It was a great experience to see the California Condors from the campground.

We loved the Pinnacle campground! Everything was gorgeous in March, green and beautiful, with lots of space between campsites in our A section, and amazing night skies. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Stayed in site 73. It was very private. Pretty tight with the trailer but we enjoyed our stay. Lots of vegetation and birds and frogs croaking. Did hikes on east and west side. Preferred west side. Saw condors & peregrine falcons.

The RV campsites are in a beautiful nature setting, and conveniently located close to the trails and the park store. The trails are well maintained, and the park is beautiful

The campground was very clean and quiet. Everyone friendly. The trails were very well marked and clean. The staff keeps everything beautiful. Suggestions: When on trails keep noise to a minimum, its fine to talk of course. But if you want to see wildlife the quieter the better. Its a very busy and full park. Be kind and know trail/ hiking etiquette.

Great Campground - fire ring, table, food locker & nice showers. Great camp hosts. Bundled wood was expensive at $20Nice hiking but I would not do this when it is hot!

The frog orchestra was impressive. Raccoon stole a dehydrated meal.

Very nice. Water and fireplace provided. Walking distance from bench trail, MUST DRIVE to other trails, unless you want to hike 3 miles.

Great spot, and wonderful to be in a campground where generators are not allowed, nowhere, at no time!

Great experience and loved staying at the Pinnacles Campground. I had site 16, which was close to the bathrooms and very private. So convenient to all the great trails at the park, and I was so happy to get a site for the weekend. The staff at the store and the park information were very helpful, and we had a great Ranger program put on by the son of the Ranger. He did an excellent job and was happy to attend. Great information about the wildlife in the park and the different habitats that make up the park.

Lovely campground! Nice, quiet, and clean. Great access to trails from the campground, would definitely recommend staying here. We had a 36ft TT and the roads leading to the park entrance were a tad tight and curvy so be aware of that as you enter. Just go slow & youll be fine. Favorite stay on our road trip by far!
@DeidraR6DEE157 · Camped on Mar 3, 2026 at Campsite #17
Great spot to camp. Safe. Showers. Dump station. And visitors center all in the same vicinity and only 2 miles from the trailhead that leads you to the perfect photo spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacles NP.The scenery, wildlife, friendly staff, nice trails were all appreciated. The park was a pleasant surprise and would recommend Pinnacles to those who have not yet visited.
@AndrewF3500044 · Camped on Mar 1, 2026 at Campsite #79
Location was excellent and the showers were very welcomed (thank you). The drive in part of the camp sites could be leveled better. Separation between sites is generally good. More posted information at the store would be beneficial regarding the operation of the east side of the park.
@LynnetteLF928F · Camped on Mar 1, 2026 at Campsite #113
Reservation was easy to make on line. Campground was clean and quiet. We enjoyed a great hike to Bear Gulch Cave and the Reservoir. The trails are well kept. The Park Rangers at the Nature Center were very pleasant and offered great information regarding the park and trails. We had a great time, so glad we took the time to experience this National Park.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
